Delivery Director – Engineering Services (Munich)

We are looking for a Delivery Director for our Automotive vertical in Munich. The Delivery Director leads the overall delivery of engineering solutions to customers and builds and manages the operations that support the Automotive vertical.

Responsibilities

• Lead program/project teams and ensure projects meet cost, quality and timing requirements.
• Achieve strategic objectives including growth, customer satisfaction and program KPIs.
• Build a robust operation to support customer needs.

Qualifications

• Overall 15+ years of professional experience.
• Proven knowledge of project management methods.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing professional services delivery of engineering solutions from definition through execution.
• Minimum 5 years’ people‑management experience of large teams, including training, development, mentorship and day‑to‑day responsibility of technical/engineering teams, both on‑site and remotely.
• Experience in Managed Services with bundling and customizing offerings to create customer value and lower engagement costs – technical solution management and strategic solution outsourcing.
