Delivery Assurance Manager, Financial Consolidations

As a Delivery Advisor within Anaplan’s Product Organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the delivery of our Financial Consolidation and Reporting (FCR) capabilities and innovations – including data management, calculation engines, AI & ML, management reporting – is consistent, scalable, and aligns with Anaplan's standards of quality. As a Delivery Advisor on the Product team, you’ll lead the charge in scaling our Financial Consolidation & Reporting (FCR) capabilities. From data management and AI-driven calculations to reporting and deployment, you’ll ensure technical excellence across every stage of delivery. You'll define implementation standards, guide architects and partners, resolve escalations, and turn field insights into product innovation. This role blends deep Anaplan FCR expertise with a passion for enablement, scalability, and customer impact.

Your Impact

• Serving as the subject matter and technical expert for Anaplan platform, guiding effective implementation strategies.
• Helping to develop and oversee technical enablement programs, including training, guides, comprehensive technical documentation for internal and partner use, and deliverable application content. Drive ecosystem enablement by developing scalable knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ensuring FCR demonstrations and content are clearly aligned with Anaplan technical and implementation standards.
• Oversee and enhance implementation standards to maintain Anaplan’s brand integrity.
• Work with the Center of Excellence application builders and architects to provide technical guidance and enforce standards for FCR capabilities and innovations, including ensuring best practices, integration of new product features, application content, and realizing Anaplan’s Financial Consolidation and Reporting vision.
• Empower partners through training, advisory and supporting services, scaling Anaplan's service delivery capacity and driving implementation success, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support key and late-stage sales opportunities as a technical, process and architectural expert, guiding customers on best practices for implementing Anaplan FCR. Deliver actionable feedback from the field to the Product Team to improve our platform.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, including presenting Anaplan’s FCR technical and implementation vision, and demonstrate the FCR application at key internal and external events.

Your Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Anaplan’s FCR applications to solve complex business challenges.
• Proven experience as an architect and as a technical expert in the Anaplan FCR and implementation methodologies, including Financial Consolidation configuration, statutory application content in regards to EMEA requirements (IFRS/Local GAAP), modeling, data integrations, workflows, reporting and input form management.
• Strong understanding of Anaplan FCR functionalities, including model building, workflow creation, and data integration processes and best practices, and the key stakeholders and decision-makers integration.
• Experience with Anaplan FCR administration and rules management.
• IFRS consolidation requirements and management reporting expertise is a must.

Preferred Skills

• Deep expertise in statutory and management consolidation in EMEA (IFRS), required processes and best practices, with proven implementation experience of strategic, operational and tactical consolidation solutions.
• Understanding of product management, GTM operations and enablement.
• Excellent project management, communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills, with a demonstrated ability in presenting compelling content, performing product demonstrations, leading workshops, and developing enablement programs.
• A results-driven mindset, able to collaborate across teams, with a focus on contributing deliverables of the highest possible quality and impact.
