Job Overview
Air Liquide Healthcare, an active part of the group’s Santé activity, is recruiting a Respiratory Médico‑Technical Delegate (Délégué(e) Médico‑Technique Respiratoire) for its Bayonne agency (Pyrénées Atlantiques and Landes).
Responsibilities
- Promote the company to prescribers and their teams according to the targeting defined with the zone director.
- Highlight the added value of patient care by the medical‑technical teams and monitor patient treatment adherence.
- Collaborate closely with the medical‑technical, logistics, and client‑relations teams to ensure optimal patient care and follow‑up in the zone.
- Lead the medical‑technical teams on sector objectives and participate in training, meetings, and patient information sharing.
- Organise events (team meetings, conferences, trainings) for healthcare professionals to deepen their expertise on respiratory pathologies and their management.
- Support healthcare professionals in their clinical and scientific studies projects.
- Collect prescriptions and other administrative documents from prescribers required for proper patient dossier management.
- Drive the sector proactively, reporting to the zone director according to predefined dashboards.
- Update device inventories in health services when necessary.
- Co‑operate in the management of material vigilance activities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Prior field commercial development experience, preferably in the health sector.
- Approximately six months of in‑depth training on respiratory pathology management (diagnosis, prescription, installation, follow‑up, professional training, regulations) will be provided.
- Strong drive for “conquest”, capability to target, identify, build a network, and gain trusted relationships.
- Team‑oriented mindset, ability to rally colleagues around common objectives.
- Perseverance, resilience, enthusiasm, empathy.
- Curiosity, passion, and communication skills to differentiate our proposition from competitors.

- Capability to construct and present an annual sector action plan aligned with goals and brand strategy, and to adjust it based on results.
- Comfort with new technologies, proficiency with standard office tools and CRM usage to track and boost performance.

- Number of new patient installations.

- Percentage of installations with valid initial prescription.
- Number of visits with CRM report.
