Job Description
Dr.Reddy’s is seeking a dynamic Product Specialist who will promote biotherapy products to physicians within Rheumatology and Oncology. The role requires a deep understanding of biotherapy products, their benefits, and their applications in treating rheumatic and oncologic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Product Promotion
- Promote biotherapy products to rheumatologists, oncologists, and other specialists in the target areas.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to physicians.
- Relationships Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in scope.
- Provide ongoing support and information to physicians regarding biotherapy products.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Market Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Rheumatology and Oncology.
- Provide regular reports on promotion activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
- Educational Support
- Educate physicians on the benefits and proper use of biotherapy products.
- Provide scientific and technical information to support safe and effective use of products.
- Assist in developing educational materials and programs for physicians.
- Compliance and Ethics
- Ensure all activities comply with local, national, and international regulations and company policies.
- Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, plus two additional years of relevant experience; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience – Minimum of 10 years in medical sales within Rheumatology and Oncology.
- Knowledge – Deep understanding of biotherapy products, regulatory environment, and clinical applications.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory in France.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
