Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Product Specialist responsible for promoting biotherapy products to physicians in Rheumatology and Oncology. The Product Specialist will build and maintain strong relationships with specialists in the target, ensuring they are well-informed about the latest advancements and benefits of biotherapy products and the specifics of Dr. Reddy’s portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Product Promotion
- Promote biotherapy products to rheumatologists, oncologists, and other physicians in the target.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to the physicians.
- Relationships Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders in scope.
- Provide ongoing support and information to the physicians in scope regarding biotherapy products.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Market Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Rheumatology and Oncology.
- Provide regular reports on promotion activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
- Educational Support
- Educate physicians on the benefits and proper use of biotherapy products.
- Provide scientific and technical information to support the safe and effective use of biotherapy.
- Assist in the development of educational materials and programs for physicians.
- Compliance and Ethics
- Ensure all activities comply with local, national, and international regulations and company policies.
- Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education – Bachelor + 2 years degree in Life Sciences or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience – Minimum 10 years of experience in medical sales in Rheumatology and Oncology.
- Knowledge – Deep understanding of biotherapy products, regulatory environment, and clinical applications.
- Skills – Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Additional Requirements – Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory in France; valid driver's license; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
