From 2026, the brand will launch its models in Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia , with the ambition to become a reference in the premium off-road segment.

To support this growth, iCaur is building a strong operational structure in France and is recruiting talented professionals to join the adventure .

Responsibilities / Missions

As Dealer Network Development (DND) Manager , you report directly to the Sales Director and are responsible for the strategic and operational development of iCaur’s dealer network in France:

• Define and drive the dealer network development strategy to maximize market coverage and support commercial objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential new partners to open dealerships and strengthen the existing network.
• Monitor network performance, analyze KPIs, and propose action plans to optimize commercial results.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, After-Sales, Finance) to ensure alignment and efficiency of network initiatives.
• Support and train dealers to ensure service quality, brand consistency, and achievement of targets.

Profile / Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in dealer network development and management, ideally in the automotive, premium, or luxury sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the French automotive market and dealership networks.
• Excellent strategic, negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Natural leadership, self-starter , autonomous, and results-oriented.
