As part of its expansion in France, Geely Auto is seeking a Dealer Marketing & Communication Manager to support the growth of the brand and ensure excellence in marketing execution across its dealer network.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will serve as the primary marketing contact for Geely dealerships, supporting all retail marketing activities. Acting as a true business partner to the dealer network, you will contribute to improving commercial performance, customer experience, and brand consistency across all retail locations.
Brand Communication Coordination
- Coordinate the execution of the national digital communication plan and ensure its effective deployment throughout the dealer network in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager
- Lead the development and implementation of the brand content strategy
- Monitor and report media performance in collaboration with the PR Manager
- Define and implement PR initiatives together with the PR Manager
- Manage agency selection and tender processes when required
- Provide administrative support to the Digital Marketing and PR teams (presentations, purchase requests, payment procedures, etc.)
Dealer Marketing Strategy
- Define and implement the Dealer Marketing strategy in line with Geely Auto France's commercial objectives
- Support dealerships in developing and executing local marketing plans
- Advise dealers on best practices for retail marketing, customer acquisition and sales activation
- Identify opportunities to improve dealer marketing performance across the network
Retail Marketing & Customer Experience
- Develop retail marketing initiatives designed to generate showroom traffic
- Design and deploy national and local retail marketing campaigns
- Ensure full compliance with Geely brand standards and deliver a best-in-class showroom customer experience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the dealership customer journey
Marketing Campaign Management
- Coordinate the execution of national marketing campaigns across the dealer network
- Ensure effective local implementation of digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor the quality and consistency of communication materials and promotional activities
- Track campaign performance through key KPIs including traffic, leads, conversion rates and ROI
Budget Management
- Manage the Dealer Marketing budget
- Administer dealer co-op marketing and marketing fund programs
- Process and monitor dealer reimbursement requests
- Ensure optimal budget allocation while maintaining compliance with internal financial procedures
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent implementation of the Geely visual identity throughout the dealer network
- Verify compliance of marketing materials, dealerships and events with brand standards
- Support new dealership openings and launch events
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Digital Marketing, CRM, Communications, PR and Customer Experience teams
- Provide support on additional marketing projects according to business priorities
Candidate
- Profile Master's degree (Business School, Marketing or equivalent)
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Communication, Dealer Marketing, Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing or Dealer Network Development
- Previous experience within the automotive industry or a dealer network is essential
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer experience management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong field-oriented mindset
- Experience in project management and PR event organization
