€90,000 to €100,000 + performance bonus

We are seeking an experienced Dealer Development Manager to lead and grow our dealer network and commercial strategy across Europe, Middle East and Africa .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen dealer networks across both regions.
• Identify and appoint new dealers and distribution partners.
• Drive dealer performance, sales growth and market share.
• Develop strategic business plans with key dealers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and commercial performance.
• Build strong relationships with senior dealer and customer stakeholders.
• Travel extensively across Europe and Africa.

About You

• Proven experience in construction equipment or a related machinery industry .
• Strong background in dealer/channel development and management .
• Essential experience working across both Europe and Africa .
• Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of international distribution networks.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• English essential; French or additional languages advantageous.
