To strategically develop and optimize the dealer network within the region, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and sustainable business growth in alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop regional network expansion strategies through comprehensive analysis of competitor networks and market share.
- Coordinate with the company committee to evaluate dealer business plans and ensure compliance with the approval process.
- Supervise and ensure consistent execution of Corporate Identity across the assigned dealer network, in line with Sales and Service (SI) standards.
- Update dealer operation guidelines, conduct operational process evaluations, and define dealers' annual performance targets.
- Analyze dealer performance data to provide strategic insights for network development and support continuous business improvement.
- Conduct evaluations of dealer organization, sales metrics, sales processes, and overall operational performance.
- Formulate dealer incentive policies and establish early-warning mechanisms for dealer management.
- Manage and oversee sales satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive network development and operations, within a dealer group or a car brand company.
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry ecosystem and dealer operations.
- Thrives under pressure, results-driven, and motivated by achieving challenging goals.
- Fluent in French. Professional proficiency in English is required for internal reporting and communication.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
