Deal Desk Lead — Build Profitable, Scalable SaaS Deals

Stoïk, Europe’s leading insurtech focused on cyber risk, is building its first Deal Desk function. This 0-to-1 role defines what we can sell, to whom, and under what terms, across product, country, and contract models. You will own the commercial rules and ensure every deal is profitable and deliverable.

You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, CSM, Finance, Legal, and Cyber Engineering, turning ambiguity into actionable structure while scaling MDR and Email Security offerings.
