Job Description
As a key member of the Global Hub Data Team, the Data Visualization Lead / Power BI Admin defines and propagates best practices for the Power BI solution, contributing to global use cases and dashboards across Finance, Operations, Business, Payments, and more.
The Lead works with global competence centers to identify reporting needs and ensure delivery. They animate the Data Visualization community, define governance for workspaces, monitor the Power BI Premium instance and related gateways, and administer the Premium instance. They also ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Business needs collection and challenge for Global Use Cases related to Business Intelligence
- Administration of the Power BI Premium instance: access policy, setup, monitoring, gateway connections
- Document best practices (import mode, direct query, DAX, etc.) and train teams worldwide
- Build and deploy Global Reports with or without dedicated visualization experts
- Co‑define the Self‑Service BI strategy with the CDO according to technical capabilities and security requirements under a governed model
You’re a match
- Master’s degree in Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence or equivalent
- Experience in a complex matrix organization with transversal management
- At least 2 years in a Business Intelligence leading position
- 3‑5 years’ experience with Power BI (administration role experience and knowledge mandatory)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
