Data Solution Engineer

Your Mission

Support Partner Delivery and Solutions Engineering from client requirements and data solution design through implementation, go-live and operational handover.

You will ensure that partner requirements translate into reliable data flows, clear reporting and scalable operational processes. You will work closely with Product, Tech and Delivery teams to support integrations, monitor data quality and improve how Beloy uses data across partner programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of partner data flows, reporting requirements and operational dashboards.

• Work with internal teams and external partners to understand data needs, integration requirements and business processes.

• Analyse partner, policy, customer and operational data to identify issues, trends and improvement opportunities.

• Help define data mapping, validation rules and quality checks for new partner programmes.

• Support API and integration testing from a data perspective.

• Build and maintain data pipelines, reports, dashboards and documentation for partner delivery and internal operations.

• Troubleshoot data issues during implementation, go-live and post-launch operations.

• Contribute to improving Beloy’s data processes, tools and delivery standards.

What you will bringBackground:3-5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, data analysis or data-focused solutions roles.Experience working with structured data, data pipelines, reporting, dashboards and data quality processes.Experience supporting data requirements for client-facing products, platforms or partner integrations.Experience in insurance or financial services, ideally within a start-up, scale-up or consulting environment, is beneficial.Professional fluency in English. A Master’s degree or MBA is beneficial.Skills:Strong SQL skills and confidence working with complex datasets.Good understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows and data mapping.Ability to translate business and partner requirements into clear data specifications.Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to data quality, consistency and accuracy.Experience with BI or dashboarding tools like PowerBI, Tableau and MetabaseExperience with building and maintaining ETL/data pipelines. Ability to work with tools like Alteryx, Knime or n8n is required.Ability to troubleshoot data issues and identify process improvements.Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
