Data Scientist H/F

You will be in charge of the design, development and deployment of data‑driven solutions to support our clients in overcoming numerous scientific or engineering challenges.

• Engage with customers to understand their challenges and opportunities and develop creative and innovative approaches.
• Apply a wide range of technical skills: machine learning, statistics, mathematics, modeling, word processing, data mining, etc.
• Be a true facilitator, advising customers and teams to better understand problems or unblock them on the technical, functional and operational aspects.
• Guide and support teams made up of doctors and experts in Data Science.
• Develop new skills at TESSELLA while mastering at least one of the following: a Master or Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or an engineering degree.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Understand how complex data is interpreted using a variety of analytical, statistical or machine learning techniques.
• Engage in algorithm development and/or software engineering in languages such as Python, R, Java, C#, or C++.
• Excel at popularizing complex concepts.
• Integrate easily into a multicultural scientific team of experienced researchers.
• Have a desire and willingness to transmit your knowledge and receive that of others to advance the team.
• Evolve in an international environment and speak perfect English.
