At Cureety, the Data Scientist transforms complex healthcare data from our application, as well as internal business data, into actionable insights and advanced models.
Their goal: unlock the value of data to improve patient care, support clinical research, and inform product and business decisions.
At the heart of the ecosystem (internal teams, hospitals, and pharmaceutical partners), they act as a true bridge between data and business challenges, playing a key role in how data is structured and leveraged.
Key responsibilities
The position is part of an environment where data use cases are already numerous, but still being structured.
You will work across several areas.
With hospital partners:
you work on data generated from patient monitoring.
you help define relevant indicators, structure them, and make them actionable for healthcare teams and hospital management.
With pharmaceutical partners:
you contribute to research projects (RWE, prospective studies) with a high level of rigor.
you participate in framing analyses, defining cohorts, producing datasets, and conducting analyses used in scientific deliverables.
Within Cureety:
you propose and develop future methodologies to unlock the value of a new type of data generated by the Cureety platform.
you contribute to evolving the data foundation: structuring the healthcare data warehouse, improving pipeline reliability, and enhancing analysis methods and tools.
you support the product, operations, and business teams with their decision-making needs: defining KPIs, analyzing performance, and providing decision support with a direct link between data insights and product decisions.

You already have solid experience in data analysis and modeling, with strong proficiency in Python and SQL.You are comfortable working with complex datasets, structuring robust analyses, and delivering reliable, actionable results.You know how to adapt your level of analysis and communication to different stakeholders without compromising on rigor.Previous experience in healthcare is required; experience in clinical research or regulated environments is a plus.You are comfortable working in an international environment, with strong written and spoken English skills.
