Data scientist F/M/X

You’ll join a rapidly growing Data & IT team at the heart of the group’s digital transformation efforts. The role focuses on leveraging data and developing high-value-added data science solutions for the business units. Reporting to the Head of the Data & IT division, you’ll help design and deploy robust, high-performance data models.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define data science use cases aligned with business needs.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to extract value from data.
• Design and develop machine learning models tailored to specific challenges.
• Scale and deploy solutions in production environments.
• Monitor, evaluate the performance of, and continuously improve the models.
• Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure the solutions have an impact.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in managing and developing data science projects.
• Proven skills in machine learning, statistics, optimization, and model industrialization.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning/deep learning frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, or equivalent).
• Fluency in French (C1/C2 level) and English (minimum B2) to thrive in an international environment.

Bonus skills that could make you even more unique

• Proficiency in Databricks (Unity Catalog, Workflows, ML Flow, Feature Store) and MLOps practices.
• Experience with dashboarding tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI).
• Interest in LLMs and generative AI.
