Responsibilities

• Contribute to the deployment of generative AI capabilities and use cases for the Data Intelligence team.
• Design a technical architecture for the generative AI platform on AWS, ensuring compliance with Swiss Life standards and best practices.
• Evaluate implementation scenarios from the viewpoints of performance, robustness, cost, genericity, and maintainability, and present recommendations to the Design Authority committee.
• Develop Terraform scripts and other components for continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Maintain operations of the platform: monitor and resolve incidents, drive overall management, control costs, and ensure robustness and scalability.
• Communicate progress regularly to the manager, direct colleagues, and internal customers (AMOA), escalating alerts proactively.

Profile

• Minimum 10years of relevant experience in data science or dev‑ops.
• Strong passion for cloud technologies and artificial intelligence.
• Proficiency with AWS services (Terraform, Bedrock, S3, Lambda, Security Groups, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to present arguments clearly and succinctly to varied audiences (management, architecture, governance, IT).
• Curiosity and active technological watch to identify new trends and innovations useful to the team.
• Willingness to share knowledge and contribute to the continuous up‑skilling of colleagues.
• Comfortable working in an international, multi‑location team (based in Roubaix with regular travel to Puteaux, ~once a month).
