This exciting program is designed to build the foundational skills necessary to begin a successful Sales career at Salesforce.

Our Internship program is a fully immersive experience, combining comprehensive learning paths with in‑role experience. You will be assigned to an experienced Sales Manager who will provide hands‑on coaching.

About the Core Focus Areas:

  • Sales Strategy: Sales Strategy involves analyzing business performance, market data, and pipeline trends to design actionable plans that drive revenue growth. It focuses on optimizing the 'where' and 'how' we sell, ensuring our sales teams are perfectly aligned with the company’s broader goals to maximize market impact.
  • Sales Programs: Sales Programs turn strategy into action. This area focuses on designing, building, and deploying scalable initiatives and campaigns. These programs empower our sales teams to hit their targets, improve daily productivity, and accelerate deal closures in a highly competitive environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Help create reports and dashboards to contribute to data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Support the communication of results across teams.
  • Engage in critical business discussions about targets, forecasts, pipeline health, and other key business metrics.
