Overview

• Develop AI use cases
• Design machine learning models
• Develop use cases around LLMs and generative AI
• Build and optimize data pipelines
• Automate operational KPIs
• Oversee Data and AI processing in production
• Analyze model performance and continuously improve
• Identify bottlenecks and manage ticket reassignments

Requirements

• 5 years' experience in Data and AI environments
• Advanced Python
• SQL
• Databricks: Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, MLflow
• Supervised and unsupervised machine learning
• NLP / Text Mining and Generative AI
• Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Linux environments, Agile and DevOps
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or another ITSM tool is a plus
