Data scientist

Location: Paris, RemoteEmployment Type: Contract

What You’ll Do

Lead Data Science projects, from POC to production release, in collaboration with business and technical teams

Exploit our existing data, analyze them and make them actionable for our strategic and product decisions

Implement statistical and/or machine learning models to solve the identified problems

Manage the implementation of the data warehouse

Produce dashboards or other visualization tools

Develop the DATA pole: growth strategy, choice of profiles, recruitment, follow-up

Actively participate in the construction of the Data strategy by monitoring technology, being a force of proposal on new tools / new methods to use and sharing it with the rest of the team

Help the product team to validate their hypotheses, to orient the roadmap and to monitor the adoption of their functionalities

Respect the regulatory context regarding data collection and access (GDPR)

Who You Are

You have at least 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist with at least 2 significant experiences (projects).

You have a background and a set of skills that make you able to execute modeling and machine learning projects. You have a taste for experimentation and prototyping of applications and uses.

You excel in Python programming language.

You master SQL, concepts and deployment of relational and NoSQL databases.

You will be able to understand our business strategy and our challenges and apply Data Science to contribute to it.

You are autonomous and proactive. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

You are a good communicator capable of popularizing your know-how and making the Tech2Heal teams grow on Data.
