The Opportunity

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Data Science & Artificial Intelligence Consulting Manager (M/F) to accelerate the expansion of our Data & AI practice and deliver high‑impact transformation programs for our clients.

Data & AI Advisory Practice

Our Data & AI Advisory team supports clients end‑to‑end—from strategy to execution—on their most critical data and AI challenges.

We operate across:

Your Role

As a Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering cutting‑edge AI transformation programs:

• Lead large‑scale Generative AI initiatives , from use case definition to industrialization
• Advise C‑level and senior stakeholders on GenAI strategy and responsible adoption
• Manage and grow a team of consultants, both on technical and ethical AI dimensions
• Contribute to the development of our Data & AI practice (offers, business development, thought leadership)
• Design and deploy solutions leveraging LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral) , agents, and diffusion models
• Build and scale RAG architectures to unlock enterprise data value
• Drive AI governance, risk, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks
• Implement advanced prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and evaluation strategies
• Advise on security, bias, explainability, and regulatory challenges

Your Profile

• Master’s degree from a top engineering school, business school, or university with a specialization in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning
• 5–8 years of experience, including hands‑on exposure to Generative AI projects in consulting or industry
• Strong expertise in:
• Solid experience with RAG, fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation
• Good understanding of cloud AI ecosystems (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI)
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex transformation programs
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong critical thinking on AI risks, ethics, and responsible usage
• Curiosity and passion for the fast‑evolving GenAI landscape
