Reporting to the Group Director, Data & Digital, the Data Quality Manager is responsible for establishing and driving the company\'s Data Quality framework across critical business domains. The role focuses on implementing data quality processes, defining standards and controls, monitoring data quality performance, and collaborating with business and technical teams to continuously improve the reliability and trustworthiness of data across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Data Quality Framework & Processes: Define and implement Data Quality processes and standards across the Group; establish data quality KPIs and monitoring routines; create and maintain data quality policies, controls, and procedures; promote consistent data management practices across business functions.
  • Data Quality Monitoring & Remediation: Monitor data quality across key datasets and business processes; identify data issues and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders; analyze root causes and drive sustainable improvements; measure and report progress through dashboards and KPIs.
  • Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with business teams, Data Owners, and IT teams to improve data quality; ensure data quality requirements are embedded in projects and operational processes; support the rollout of new tools, controls, and best practices; drive awareness and ownership of data quality across the organization.
  • Training & Change Management: Lead workshops and training sessions on Data Quality best practices; develop documentation and guidance materials; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement around data.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Master Data Management, or Data Management.
  • Proven experience implementing Data Quality processes and controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data management tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive change across business and technical teams.
  • Autonomous, pragmatic, and results-oriented.
