Data Quality Analyst
Haddad Brands Europe , founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children’s apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Lacoste…) across Europe.
Operational for 9 years, the company has experienced remarkable growth and now counts over 500 employees throughout Europe.
We distribute our products both through wholesale , working with major multi-brand and specialized retailers, and through retail , via our corners in leading department stores.
In concrete terms, this means that if you purchase children’s apparel (0–7 years for Nike, 0–16 years for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store, online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product you’re holding has gone through us — even if you bought it in an official Nike or Levi’s store!
We are currently looking for a Data Quality Analyst.
FOCUS & KEY PROJECTS:
- Establishing master- and reference-data standards across ERP (D365), Salesforce, BI, and other systems
- Building cleansing, de-duplication, and validation rules with the Data Engineer
- Standing up ongoing data-quality monitoring and remediation workflows
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own master- and reference-data health across ERP and BI systems
- Profile data, define validation rules, and drive cleansing and de-duplication
- Monitor data quality and manage alerts and remediation workflows
- Set up and manage Microsoft Purview for data cataloguing, classification, lineage, and governance
- Set data-quality standards and partner with the Data Engineer and AI Developer
- Report on data-quality KPIs and champion trustworthy data across the business
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a Data Quality Analyst, data steward, or in master-data management
- Strong SQL and hands-on data-profiling skills
- Experience defining validation rules and remediation workflows
- Hands‑on experience setting up and managing Microsoft Purview
- Familiarity with data across both ERP and BI / reporting systems
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MS Purview, MS SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI
- Dedicated MDM / data‑quality tooling
- Understanding of data governance and lineage
- Experience with children's clothing / apparel or retail data
