Data Project Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements and translate them into technical specs
• Manage end-to-end project delivery (timelines, stakeholders, QA)
• Act as key interface with customer technical and IT teams
• Coordinate with engineering teams for solution implementation
• Propose UX/UI design changes for battery monitoring dashboards (collaborating with Shanghai team)

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Project Management or related field
• Technical knowledge on battery or electrical power systems, programming skills, basic SQL/API knowledge, project management tools (Jira/Asana); data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), front-end basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in UX + project management roles
• English (required), French/Mandarin (advantage); client communication, leadership
• Good cross-team collaboration, global teamwork mindset
