Responsibilities
- Perform the framing and ongoing tracking of data projects within the DMPC (Direction Médicale, Patient, Consommateur) with a focus on the DATA Innovation Pôle.
- Lead pre-framing and framing phases, build project plans, resources, and deliverables lists; define roles and responsibilities; identify resources and workloads; develop a provisional budget and monitor budgets; determine project scoping as needed.
- Set up and maintain project tracking and reporting tools to provide visibility on project progress; anticipate and communicate risks throughout the project.
- Organize and chair data project steering boards; manage relationships with external providers and solutions (RFI, RFP, contracting, invoicing, and follow-up on commitments).
- Gather business needs and translate them into data solutions; organize and lead workshops with business teams to define project needs; develop deliverables and prioritize the backlog; conduct prototyping sessions with business and data experts; run user testing sessions with business teams and data experts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape the product vision and plan future versions, up to decommissioning.
- Support operational deployment and change management; define business processes for data collection and access/use of the data solution; develop deployment plans and identify change support needs with the business; create deployment materials and training sessions; lead internal and external communications for the project.
- Facilitate deployment planning, provide change-management support, and ensure successful adoption of the data solution.
- Note: The role is compatible with remote work up to 2 days per week according to company rules.
Qualifications
- Engineering profile (Bac +5), Grandes écoles, Informatique; pharmacy/healthcare domain knowledge is a plus (pharmacy, clinical development, health marketing).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a DATA project role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent French and English (B2).
- Strong project management skills (planning, deliverables, costs, timelines, quality).
- Ability to lead requirement gathering meetings with business teams; strong writing skills for key data project deliverables; ability to document and deploy business processes associated with a data solution.
- Understanding of the technical environment of a data project (data, structures, tools). Knowledge of data valorisation tools (Tableau, Alteryx) is a plus.
