Role Overview
We are recruiting Data Product Owners for various domains within the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the Data Domain Layer to ensure availability/quality of data needed for AI and analytics use cases (integration, acquisition, cleansing, harmonization and structuring in layers of Data‑platform).
- Work closely with IT and business owners to align with enterprise data strategy and governance.
- Support data needs of system and product teams across different use cases.
Detailed Tasks
- Define use‑case data strategy and vision with functional PO and IT group; resulting data model must be agnostic.
- Conduct gap analysis to assess “as is” data assets vs use‑case requirements and define acquisition needs and quality expectations.
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional business requirements.
- Identify integration needs for further use‑case data acquisition.
- Structure datasets in various layers of data platform.
- Prepare data for use cases by creating governed Business Objects.
- Co‑design analytics tools with PO and IT to leverage structured data.
- Define key success metrics.
- Create test scenarios and supervise data validation with testing factory.
Qualifications
- Engineering or Business education background with data orientation.
- More than 3 years of relevant experience (more may be required for certain positions).
- Strong data‑driven mindset with analytical skills.
- Interest in functional business specificities.
- Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum certification is a plus).
- Some cloud platform knowledge (SQL, GCP, etc.).
- Curiosity to learn non‑mastered technologies.
