Data & Product Lead — Climate Buildings Tech

Thermosphr is seeking a data-driven role to manage performance at scale across a growing portfolio of live buildings. You will turn raw operational data into actionable decisions, building scalable tools and collaborating with Operations and Product teams.

You will balance understanding operational problems with delivering scalable solutions, using AI to accelerate prototyping and ensuring real-time visibility. Bilingual English/French is valued.
