Job Title

Data Product Director – Distribution & Hotel Services Tribe, Data Division

Mission

  • Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap for data products with a focus on AI integration.
  • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to align the roadmap with business ambitions.
  • Work with the Data Engineering Director to define the roadmap in line with strategic business objectives.
  • Steer and develop product strategy with the Data Engineering Director.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data for strategic and operational objectives.
  • Partner with Data Science & AI teams to design, develop, and deploy intelligent models within products.
  • Package and market product offerings to clients.
  • Collaborate with other Data Product Directors, Managers, Product Owners, Engineering and Management teams to ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery and monitor product quality.
  • Lead steering committees and communicate strategy, adoption plans, and product improvements.
  • Define metrics for product value and report on objectives.
  • Manage a team of Product Owners.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a top engineering school (general engineering or IT) or holder of a Master’s degree specializing in Big Data.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a Data or BI Product Manager in developing data platforms and associated products and/or data applications.
  • Proven people‑management experience.
  • Knowledge of database structures, data ingestion, integration, and modelling processes.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistics, and their application in tangible products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer‑focused mindset, and ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Analytical skills and proactive problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience in the hotel distribution sector is a plus.
  • Fluent in French and English.
