BrandOS is Primelis’ full-funnel marketing intelligence platform. It supports global brands and advertisers across the entire marketing decision lifecycle — budget planning, audience targeting, channel and media allocation, and performance measurement — by unifying signals that usually live in fragmented tools, agencies and dashboards into a single, decision-grade view. It’s one of four proprietary SaaS platforms developed by Primelis’ internal product teams, alongside Market, Signal and Outrank. BrandOS sits at the strategic layer: not just reporting what happened, but helping marketing leaders decide where to invest next.

We are looking for a Data Product Analyst to shape what BrandOS measures, how decisions are surfaced to users, and what the next generation of marketing intelligence features should look like. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of product, analytics, and business. You will define the KPIs and decision frameworks that matter across the funnel, operate them hands‑on through our dbt layer and BI tooling, and work closely with the product team to turn data into features our clients actually use. Less “build the pipeline,” more “decide what the pipeline should produce, and why.”

What you’ll do

  • Define the metrics and decision frameworks that matter: across the full marketing funnel — from budget allocation logic to targeting signals, channel performance and measurement methodology. Work with brand strategists, product managers, and clients to identify the KPIs that drive real decisions, then own their definition, logic, and evolution.
  • Operate the KPI layer in dbt: model and maintain the metrics layer that powers BrandOS. You will be hands‑on, but the goal is clarity and business relevance, not engineering depth for its own sake.
  • Own the analytics experience end‑to‑end: from the data model to the dashboards our clients interact with. We use a modern embedded BI stack today and may evolve it as the product grows — what matters is your ability to shape the user‑facing analytics layer, whatever the tool.
  • Turn data into product: analyze usage, performance, and brand data to surface insights, propose new features, and challenge the roadmap. You are a contributor to product strategy, not a downstream executor.
  • Drive innovation initiatives: explore new data sources, evaluate emerging tools (including AI/LLM‑powered analytics use cases), and prototype what BrandOS could do next.
  • Bridge business and tech: translate brand performance questions into clean data logic, and translate technical constraints back into language product and client teams can act on.

What we’re looking for

Experience

  • 3–5 years in a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or Data Product role – ideally with exposure to a SaaS product environment or a data‑mature consulting context.

Technical foundation

  • Strong SQL and comfortable working in dbt – you don’t need to be a dbt power‑user on day one, but you should be at ease operating and evolving a KPI layer.
  • Python for data analysis and light automation.
  • Solid grounding in cloud data warehouses, ideally BigQuery / GCP.
  • Experience with a BI or embedded analytics tool – we are tool‑agnostic here; what matters is your ability to design analytics experiences that users love, not which product you have used before.

Product & business mindset

  • Genuine interest in digital marketing, brand performance, SEO/SEA, or media analytics – enough to challenge a KPI definition, not just implement it.
  • Product sensibility: you think about users, prioritization, and trade‑offs, not just data correctness.
  • Comfort moving between “what does the brand team actually need to decide?” and “how do I model this cleanly?”

Soft skills

  • Rigor, autonomy, and the ability to balance roadmap work with deeper analytical initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication – you will work directly with product, engineering, and client‑facing teams.

Language

  • English C1 / bilingual (our product serves international clients, much of our work happens in English).
