Job Description

As a Data & ML Engineer in the Data Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and contributing to the development of our data lake , analytical stack , machine learning , and data services capabilities. This role allows you to extend and continuously improve the current data infrastructure utilizing the latest tools & technologies to address our growing AI needs while contributing to our overarching goals and mission. Responsibilities

• Sourcing, storing, processing, and analyzing huge sets of data in a reliable, fast, and secure way.
• Defining and building the data pipelines that will enable faster, better, data-informed decision-making within the business.
• Developing in-house data & machine-learning services to enhance our customers' experience in close collaboration with data and engineering teams.
• Investigating, familiarizing, and mastering new data sets quickly.
• Driving change with a positive can-do attitude across complex and ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience delivering code in a production environment.
2. 3+ years of experience working with large volumes of data.
3. Strong programming skills in Python .
4. Strong SQL and data modeling skills .
5. Strong experience with programmatic integration of data from multiple data sources.
6. Ability to work well across different teams and navigate ambiguity with a positive can-do attitude.
7. Fluency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of French or German is a plus.
8. Capable of investigating, familiarizing, and mastering new data sets quickly.
