Data & ML Engineer

As a Data & ML Engineer in the Data Team, you will play a crucial role in developing our data lake, analytical stack, machine learning, and data services capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing, storing, processing, and analyzing large data sets in a reliable, fast, and secure way.
• Defining and building data pipelines that enable faster, better data‑informed decision‑making.
• Developing in‑house data & machine learning services in collaboration with data and engineering teams.
• Investigating, familiarizing, and mastering new data sets quickly.
• Driving change with a positive can‑do attitude across complex and ambiguous environments.

Your responsibilities will evolve as we grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering code in a production environment.
• 3+ years of experience working with large volumes of data.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with programmatic integration of data from multiple sources.
• Ability to work well across teams and navigate ambiguity with a positive can‑do attitude.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of French or German is a plus.
• Capable of investigating, familiarizing, and mastering new data sets quickly.
