Job DescriptionJob Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Data Governance & Compliance Responsible (f/m) to join our Digital For Operation department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing the digital architecture frameworks and data governance models for our industrial transformation. As part of the Digital for Operation team, you will be involved in defining adaptive compliance policies, evaluating cloud-based ERP solutions, and securing complex product data lineages aiming at protecting sensitive intellectual property across the Extended Enterprise while accelerating the A220 Pylon integration roadmap. - Act as the core business liaison within the Multi-Functional Team (MFT) to translate operational dury stories into technical data requirements. \n
- Lead functional platform evaluations and testing of cloud solutions (SAP S/4 Cloud, Dassault 3DX, Palantir) through targeted Proofs of Concept (POCs). \n
- Evaluate advanced data lineage and traceability tools to track data provenance from initial PLM design down to final shopfloor execution. \n
- Enforce adaptive data governance policies balancing export control regulations (ITAR/EAR, Defense Classification) with agile supplier collaboration models. \n
- Serve as a dedicated compromise finder distilling complex SAP and digital logics into clear, value-driven concepts for site operations and IM teams. \n

- Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Management, or Logistics. \n
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within highly regulated industrial ecosystems (such as Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense sectors). \n
- Strong foundational understanding of data governance principles, sensitivity classifications, and export restrictions (ITAR/EAR, National Security). \n
- Proven familiarity with complex end-to-end industrial flows, with advanced conceptual knowledge of ERP and PLM architectures. \n
- Capable of writing and executing functional test cases to validate data security profiles and user isolation rules within mockup environments. \n
- High learning agility with a "Connector" mindset, capable of navigating Agile/SAFe methodologies and challenging legacy habits. \n
- Full professional fluency in English is mandatory (negotiation level); proficiency in French or German is a significant advantage. \n
- Willingness to travel internationally (~20% of the time) to stay connected with global assembly and production sites. \n
