Non-Key Expert – Data, Economic & Impact Analyst
NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.”
The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector , supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.
In this context, we are seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert – Data, Economic & Impact Analyst to support data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring, and results reporting under the programme.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- University degree of at least three years in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences , or a related field.
- Excellent command of English .
- Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset .
Minimum General Professional Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
Minimum Specific Professional Experience
- At least 1 year of professional experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment , including quantitative and qualitative analysis, evidence synthesis, data compilation and preparation of dashboards or performance reports.
