There’s room for you to design and build your career within the PDS community and the wider JLL ecosystem.**Role Objective:** The PMC Project Scheduler is responsible for the coordination, preparation, maintenance, and governance of the Integrated Master Project Schedule, ensuring it integrates and aligns all activities from pre-construction through project closeout. This role is critical to tracking, controlling, and forecasting project progress and ensuring delivery in accordance with Owner and contractual requirements.**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, update, and maintain the Master Project Schedule in Oracle Primavera P6, incorporating activities from the Owner, A/E, Specialty Package Contractors (PUF, Core & Shell, Fit-out), LLE providers, OFE vendors, and others as required.
- Integrate all pre-construction and construction schedules into an end-to-end logical and resource-loaded CPM (Critical Path Method) baseline, in compliance with the Owner’s CPM Specification and One
WBS coding structure.
- Coordinate with all project parties to collect, validate, and analyze schedule data, ensuring schedules are robust, accurate, and aligned with project milestones.
- Conduct regular schedule reviews, monitor actual progress versus the baseline, and identify any deviations or risks to the project timeline.
- Prepare and issue schedule progress updates, event logs, and reports on a bi-weekly basis, including variance analysis, milestones tracking, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Support the preparation and evaluation of schedule-related aspects of payment applications, time impact analysis, and requests for extension of time.
- Participate in, and if required, lead all schedule-related meetings, including monthly update meetings. Record and issue meeting minutes to the Owner.
- Ensure integration of schedule activities with cost, risk, procurement, and reporting processes, supporting earned value management and cash flow forecasting.
- Provide schedule analytics for what-if scenarios, change management, and delay mitigation planning.
- Engage in the continuous improvement and prompt updating of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) as it relates to scheduling functions.
- Attend all Owner-required training for scheduling systems and maintain schedule data in electronic format compatible with Owner protocols.
- Ensure that schedule management processes are transparent, auditable, and strictly comply with Owner requirements and reporting standards.
- Serve as a Key Personnel role, subject to Owner approval; any replacement or change must be agreed upon in writing by the Owner.**Required Qualifications & Core Competencies:**
- Proven experience in schedule planning, development, and control for large-scale design and construction projects, preferably data centre or complex critical infrastructure.
- Advanced competency with Oracle Primavera P6 and demonstrated proficiency in the development and analysis of CPM schedules.
- Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and methods of performance measurement, cost integration, risk/change management, and work breakdown structures.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to interface confidently with Owners, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Adept at progress measurement, schedule forecasting, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
