Data Center Infrastructure Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities
- Developing new business opportunities in the large DC industry through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with major DC Colo companies, general contractors, and design firms.
- Coordinating business activities with European and global headquarters to ensure strategic alignment and effectiveness.
- Conducting in-depth market insights and analysis (competitive intelligence, industry trends, local regulations, etc.) to forecast industry developments.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering).
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales manager, preferably specializing in global or regional large account (Named Account) sales of power/cooling solutions.
- Proficiency in electrical technology, particularly UPS and low‑voltage power supply systems for data centers, with an understanding of their features and advantages.
- Familiarity with the ecosystem of large data centers in France and a good understanding or experience with the roles of general contractors and design firms in the market.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in another European language is an asset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and results‑oriented.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with international teams.
- Strong organizational skills and effective prioritization management.
- Availability for frequent travel (up to 50%) and flexibility to work outside regular hours as required by client needs.
