Job Description

Global Multinational in Paris isnow seeking a Data Center Engineering expert to analyze existing data centerconfigurations and identify best practices that can be replicated across othercenters. The primary objective is to enhance operational efficiency and infrastructureresilience through a deep technical assessment and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current data center infrastructures.
• Identify and document best practices that can be standardized and reused.
• Provide technical recommendations for improving existing setups.
• Design a project management framework to support the implementation of improvements.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• A comprehensive report on current best practices and their applicability
• Infrastructure improvement recommendations
• A project management framework for effective implementation

Requirements

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Proven expertise in Data Center engineering and operations
• Strong experience in network design and architecture
• Infrastructure analysis and optimization
• Technical documentation and reporting

Experience

• Several years of experience in similar roles (7+ years preferred)
• Background in large-scale, complex organizational environments

Certifications (Preferred)

• Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCIE)
• Certified Data Centre Design Professional (CDCDP) or equivalent

• Large enterprise environments, preferably within the insurance sector
