Data Center Engineer
Are you passionate about cutting‑edge hardware and large‑scale AI infrastructure?
We're partnering with a rapidly growing GPU‑as‑a‑Service provider that is building one of Europe's most advanced AI and high‑performance computing (HPC) environments. This is an opportunity to work with next‑generation NVIDIA GPU platforms, ultra‑high‑density compute, and advanced liquid cooling technologies while helping deliver world‑class infrastructure for AI workloads.
If you enjoy solving complex hardware challenges in mission‑critical environments and want to work with technology at the forefront of AI, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Datacentre Operations Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping a state‑of‑the‑art AI data centre operating at peak performance. Working alongside Infrastructure, HPC SRE, and Network Engineering teams, you'll be responsible for:
- Deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting high‑performance compute infrastructure
- Performing advanced hardware break/fix activities, diagnostics and component replacement
- Supporting NVIDIA GPU platforms and ultra‑high‑density compute environments
- Operating and maintaining Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) systems and critical cooling infrastructure
- Monitoring power, cooling and capacity across the data centre
- Responding to incidents and ensuring exceptional service availability
- Managing hardware assets, RMAs and lifecycle activities
- Contributing to operational documentation, automation and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
You’ll ideally have experience in:
- Datacentre Operations, HPC, Infrastructure or Critical Environments
- Enterprise server hardware, networking and storage
- Hardware troubleshooting and break/fix activities
- High‑density compute platforms and GPU infrastructure
- Liquid cooling technologies (or a strong willingness to learn)
- ITIL or service management best practices
- Power, cooling and capacity management within datacentres
You’ll also have:
- Fluent French and English communication skills
- A hands‑on approach with excellent problem‑solving abilities
- Experience working in fast‑paced, mission‑critical environments
Experience with NVIDIA AI infrastructure, busbar power distribution, or ultra‑high‑density compute platforms would be highly advantageous but isn't essential for candidates with the right technical aptitude.
What's On Offer?
- Work with some of the world's most advanced AI infrastructure
- Exposure to next‑generation NVIDIA GPU technology
- Join a rapidly scaling international business
- Genuine career progression and technical development
- Collaborative engineering culture with real ownership
- Competitive salary and benefits package
