Data and research analyst apprenticeship - Paris, France

In the knowledge department, we gather and share information about the renewable energy market and the finance world from various sources. We organize this information, build databases, analytics, and create libraries of documents which can be easily accessed by the project teams.

We are currently looking for an apprentice in data to help with the data gathering and sharing in the company. The requirement is to spend 3 weeks minimum per month in the company.

Role:\n\n

Regularly update various databases (investor profile, finance transactions), gathering data points from different sources and filling the information

Prepare key analytics (valuation of energy projects, capex and opex pricing, competitive analysis) and share them to the relevant groups of expertise

Identify, gather and store useful documents in our document library, in a way it can be easily retrieved by our project teams

Support the transition from excel based database to Power BI, Microsoft fabric & AI agents

Assess different external data providers and compare them

Support with internal research based on the needs of the project teams

Skills:\n\n

Studies in data, economics, business management or any relevant fields

Fluent in French and English

Analytical mind, ability to summarize information and to work with numbers

Good skills with excel and a data visualisation tool is a minimum

Knowledge of programming languages is a plus (python, SQL)

Understanding of automation and AI agents is a plus
