Data and ITSM Specialist

Role Overview

As a Data and ITSM Specialist, you will be part of the #OneTeam, responsible for making ITSM data a real operational management lever. You will work on various projects, including migration of pipelines, analysis of signals in incident data, dashboards, and reconciliation of reference books.

What You Will Do

• Define and pilot KPIs for quality on CMDB reference books.
• Build and maintain a technical-functional vision of the CMDB.
• Contribute to the migration and evolution of data pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience on data subjects with a real technical dimension.
• Good functional mastery of ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
• Solid experience in data governance (quality KPIs, prioritization, follow-up).
• Understanding of graph databases and CMDB modeling (ArangoDB, Neo4j...).
• Ability to translate functional needs into technical queries and deliver analyses autonomously.
• Good knowledge of data tools on the market (Dataiku, Airflow, Dremio, Tableau or equivalents).
• Comfortable with AI generative tools in a professional context (vibe-coding, assistance to analysis, generation of documentation).
• Good communication skills, able to popularize complex technical subjects in front of non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Master English with a B2 minimum level.
