Your Role’s Mission

• Ownership of the end‑to‑end technical delivery of Pelico’s platform for enterprise customers, from technical discovery to production go‑live.
• Designing and validating data architectures, SQL mappings, and integration flows, ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Acting as the highest‑level technical escalation point during deliveries, remaining hands‑on (SQL, Python, Docker, cloud environments) when required.
• Contributing to defining and continuously improving delivery standards, technical playbooks, and documentation, and relaying structured field feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Serving as a trusted technical partner for customers, leading technical discovery workshops, translating business needs into clear scalable solutions, and supporting Sales and Pre‑Sales on complex technical feasibility discussions.
• Building, managing, and mentoring a team of 3–4 Solution Engineers, supporting onboarding and skill development, allocating work, contributing to hiring and technical assessments, and fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Paris (hybrid work arrangement). English is the working language.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software, data, or solution engineering roles.
• Strong technical background in software engineering, data engineering, or similar.
• Proven experience leading a team (minimum 2–3 people).
• Experience working with enterprise customers in complex environments.
• Strong SQL (data modelling, mappings, transformations).
• Python (scripting, automation, data processing).
• Docker and containerised environments.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Data pipelines / ETL / ELT.
• CI/CD and DevOps fundamentals.
