Role Description
Support data-driven decision-making by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data from various business and operational sources. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide stakeholders with meaningful insights into performance, trends, and key business metrics. Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets. Identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement through quantitative analysis and reporting. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support forecasting, performance monitoring, process optimization, and strategic initiatives while delivering actionable recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis tools, reporting platforms, and data visualization software.
- Familiarity with SQL, database concepts, statistical methodologies, and data management practices is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of business intelligence, reporting frameworks, data governance, and performance measurement principles is a plus.
