We’re hiring a hands-on Power BI / Data Analyst Consultant to help deliver scalable, high-performance reporting as part of a global transformation programme.
What You’ll Do
- Design dimensional models (star schema) for commercial reporting
- Build and optimise Power BI semantic models
- Develop end-to-end dashboards (DAX, Power Query, RLS)
- Define consistent KPI logic and ensure trusted numbers
- Partner with Data Engineering on performance and data structure
- Support testing, documentation, and agile delivery
Your Profile
- 4–7+ years in BI / Data / Reporting
- Strong Power BI (DAX, modelling, performance tuning)
- Strong SQL
- Experience building structured commercial reporting models
- Confident translating business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with Databricks is a plus
