About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst - Industrial Systems Engineer to join our Performance of Industrial Flows department. This role is pivotal in supporting the digital transformation of industrial processes and supply chain management. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data processing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making within an industrial environment. Based in Cholet (49), this long-term mission offers an opportunity to work at the forefront of Industry 4.0 initiatives, leveraging advanced data analytics and visualization tools to optimize industrial performance.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • Significant experience in data projects, including data processing, modeling, and visualization
  • Experience in industrial environments, particularly with ERP and MES systems
  • Proficiency in data modeling techniques such as structuring, normalization, and optimization
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or other modern data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Qlik
  • Familiarity with ETL tools, preferably Talend
  • Knowledge of AI technologies, including Gen AI, Large Language Models, Machine Learning
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, and programming skills in Python, VBA, or macros in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders
  • Autonomy, rigor, and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Collect, structure, and model data from various industrial systems such as ERP, MES, and other sources
  • Design and develop data models tailored to reporting and analytical needs
  • Create and maintain dynamic dashboards using Power BI or equivalent visualization tools to display key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Implement automated data flows through ETL tools like Talend to ensure data reliability and availability
  • Support operational teams in understanding and utilizing data analyses for decision-making
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance digital transformation efforts
  • Document models, processes, and tools to ensure knowledge sharing and maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in data science, AI, and industrial automation to continuously improve data solutions
