Data Analyst

Data Analyst - 6 Months+ - Paris, France (Hybrid)

RED Global is currently supporting an end client in their search for a Data Analyst to join their data and analytics team on a hybrid contract based in Paris.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and Data Engineers to design and deliver Power BI reporting solutions, supporting data-driven decision making within an Agile environment.

• Duration: 6 Months (potential extension)
• Location: Paris, France (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
• Language: French & English

Key Requirements

• 2-3+ years' experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong Power BI experience including Power Query, DAX, data modelling, Power BI Service and Row-Level Security (RLS)
• Good understanding of SQL and dimensional modelling (Kimball, Star Schema)
• Experience gathering and analysing business requirements
• Ability to work closely with Data Engineers and business stakeholders
• Ideally experience with or knowledge of Data Fabric architecture
• Understanding of data governance concepts including data quality and MDM
• Experience working within Agile/SAFe delivery environments
• Python or R experience is a plus
