Job Description

Managing Data and AI projects on the Microsoft stack requires a combination of project governance, mastery of consulting firm financial dynamics, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. This role is aimed at an experienced Project Manager, capable of operating in Agile or Waterfall on Data and AI use cases.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Governance and oversight: scoping, project plan, committee structure (project/steering committees), reporting, and indicators
• Risk, scope, and change management; negotiation and arbitration to secure the initial scope
• Anticipation, planning, and resource allocation; coordination of multidisciplinary teams (Leads, Architects, Lead Devs, Developers, Testers)
• Budget management and profitability tracking; mastery of consulting firm financial dynamics
• Facilitation of Agile ceremonies (or Waterfall as appropriate); methodological adaptability and proactive recommendations
• Deliverable quality, compliance, security, and best practices on the Microsoft stack
• Client relationship: deep understanding of functional requirements, constructive challenge, alignment with business value

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Data and AI topics, governance, organization, strategy.
• Good understanding of AI concepts (LLM, RAG, MLOps, Agents, etc.) and data (data management, data privacy, data governance, data literacy, data quality, etc.).
• Significant experience in IT project management, ideally at a digital services company, with concrete delivery references.
• Excellent communication and professional posture; service orientation and client relationship management.
• Strong skills in risk management, resource planning, budget management, and committee governance.
• Very good knowledge of the development world (you speak the language of technical teams and understand their challenges).
• Methodologies: Agile and Waterfall mastered; ability to adapt the framework to the client context.
• Ability to understand functional needs and challenge them to maximize value.
• Skilled negotiator, results-oriented, guardian of scope and quality.
• English: B2 minimum (written and oral) and fluent in French.
• Agility certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Agile, etc.).
• Mastery of SAFe: a real plus.
