Stellantis is seeking an experienced Support Engineering Lead (IC) to own and execute Level 1 support for enterprise Big Data and AI platforms. You will drive incident triage, runbooks, and automation while acting as the technical reference for the L1 team, working closely with Platform Engineering, SRE, and Product teams to improve reliability.
You will design and standardize support processes, manage SLAs, build knowledge bases, and mentor other engineers.
