DACH Sales Lead & Player-Coach

lemlist is seeking a DACH sales leader to own the region and drive both personal quota and team performance. This true player-coach role blends hunting with coaching, building the playbook for German, Austrian and Swiss buyers.

You’ll run outbound, recruit and onboard two AEs, collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships, and report forecast and pipeline health to the VP Sales. German native and fluent English required; Paris office is available.
