DACH Enterprise SaaS Account Executive

Ashby is seeking a German-fluent Enterprise Account Executive to win Enterprise (1,000+ employees) accounts, managing the full sales cycle from pipeline to closing.

You will focus on new logo acquisition in a sales-led GTM motion, targeting Talent/People leader audiences, with travel at least 25% and a focus on complex platform technologies within a fast-growing, AI-enabled Ashby ecosystem.
