Cyber Programme Manager

Our client is undertaking a global transformation programme focused on its cyber security operating model. As part of a business cost optimisation initiative, cyber services will be transitioned to offshore delivery hubs across India and LATAM. They need an experienced Cyber Programme Manager to lead this service transition programme, ensuring the successful migration of cyber security services while maintaining operational resilience, governance and stakeholder confidence. This role combines programme leadership, service transition, organisational change and cyber security delivery within a large, global enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end programme to transition cyber security services to offshore delivery locations.
• Develop and manage programme plans, governance, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate service transition activities including planning, knowledge transfer, documentation and operational readiness.
• Work closely with cyber operations, technology, HR, procurement and business stakeholders throughout the transformation.
• Manage executive-level stakeholder engagement across multiple countries and business functions.
• Oversee organisational change activities associated with service transition, including workforce impacts and communication planning.
• Ensure service continuity throughout transition with appropriate governance and risk management.
• Coordinate with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and external delivery partners where required.
• Drive delivery across multiple workstreams within a complex global programme environment.

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation or programme management initiatives within cyber security.
• Strong background in service transition, outsourcing or operating model transformation.
• Experience transitioning services to offshore or global delivery centres (India, LATAM or similar).
• Excellent programme governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within large multinational organisations.
• Strong understanding of cyber security operations and service delivery.
• Experience working with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).
• Demonstrated experience managing complex organisational change and people-related workstreams.
• Experience working in matrix organisations with multiple business units and geographies.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.
• Experience delivering global transformation programmes involving both internal teams and third-party suppliers.
