To support its growth, LVMH is reinforcing its IT developments and operations that underpin daily activities. These IS developments go hand in hand with the implementation of prevention, defense and relief measures to address the cyber risks to which these systems are exposed. They also help reduce vulnerabilities, respond effectively to security incidents and ensure the cyber-resilience of essential systems. The Cybersecurity Department, within LVMH's Information Systems Department, defines the cybersecurity strategy and oversees its implementation.
The LVMH Watches & Jewelry Division is a critical hub within the LVMH Group, directing a prestigious group of Maisons, including iconic brands like Tiffany & Co. and Bulgari. Beyond simple oversight, the division offers specialized expertise and drives crucial coordination in IT and cybersecurity to empower these Maisons. By strategically leveraging the diverse IT resources and cybersecurity talent embedded within each Maison's operations, the division ensures a secure and cohesive technological approach. This structure strengthens each Maison's ability to maintain its unique brand identity and exceptional craftsmanship while enabling them to thrive by benefiting from the collective IT prowess, cybersecurity resilience, and stability of the LVMH Group.
The Cyberdefense Manager is integrated into the Cybersecurity team and reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of the Watches & Jewelry Division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the security posture of the division, aligning with group-wide security strategies while addressing the specific needs of the Watches & Jewelry Maisons.
Key Responsibilities:
Vision and Strategy:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the CyberDefense strategy for the Watches & Jewelry division, aligning with LVMH Group's overall cybersecurity framework and roadmap.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the threat landscape and its potential impact on the division's assets, brands, and reputation.
Coordination and Synchronization:
- Serve as a key liaison between the Watches & Jewelry division and the LVMH Group's cybersecurity teams, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with the IT and security teams of individual Maisons within the division to implement security best practices and address specific security needs.
- Synchronize with regional CyberDefense teams to ensure consistent security measures across all geographic areas.
- Create and lead a community with all members of the division's cyber defense team.
Operational Security:
- Manage the division's CyberOps service (service provider) that handles CyberDefense activities within the division.
- Lead incident response efforts within the division, coordinating with the Group's SOC/CERT teams and the division's CyberOps service to contain and resolve security incidents.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of security controls and technologies to protect the division's infrastructure, applications, and data.
- Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and other security audits to identify and remediate weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the Watches & Jewelry division.
- Management and tracking of CyberDefense projects across the group, division and Maisons
Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular reports to the CISO on the status of the division's cyberdefense posture, including key metrics, trends, and emerging threats.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the division and the Group on cybersecurity matters.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
* Excellent knowledge of security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, anti-malware, and vulnerability management tools.
* Strong incident response and crisis management skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
