Cyber Customer Success Manager - German Market

Stoïk is expanding its Customer Success team in Paris, focusing on onboarding and supporting customers for Stoïk Protect in the German and Austrian markets. You will work closely with Cyber, Tech, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and feedback loop.

The role blends onboarding, basic/advanced support, and opportunities to promote additional services, requiring strong cybersecurity knowledge and bilingual German-English communication in an international environment.
